YOU ARE WELCOME HERE
At Parkers Lake, you will enter our doors to find a welcoming group of rescued sinners who are genuinely happy to see you.
On a typical Sunday morning, you can expect a service to last a little over an hour. Our pastors provide expository sermons through the Bible and encourage the congregation to study God's Word and live out their faith in tangible expressions–to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world and in their personal, everyday lives (1 Cor 12:27).
Our worship services include a time of worship through giving back to our gracious God and benevolent Provider (Hebrews 13:16). We do not ask our guests to support the ministries of PLBC. Please simply join us for our worship gathering without feeling any pressure at all to contribute financially.
We do not have a dress code for our gatherings. You will find a blend of formal and informal attire when you visit. We welcome you as you are. God commands that we come to worship clothed in compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, not concerning whether you are in shorts, jeans, or a suit and tie (1 Peter 5:5; Colossians 3:12).
CHILDCARE THAT CARES
Psalm 127:3 states: “Children are a heritage from the LORD.” We heartily echo our Lord when He said to Let the children come! (Matthew 19:14) If you plan to bring children with you, know that they will fit right in!
Because we hold the love and care of children and our ministry to families in high regard, we offer a nursery for infants and toddlers during each service. Our aim is that as parents or caregivers you can worship, grow in your faith, and fellowship while being reassured that your children are in a safe, loving, and healthy environment. During Sunday School and the worship service, a nursery is provided for infants and one year olds. Two to five year olds may participate in the junior church classes during the message portion of the worship service. A private nursing area for mothers is also available.
The safety of your children is priority at PLBC. Each worker has undergone training, has recently cleared a full background check, and is a member in good standing at PLBC. You can check a child into one of our classrooms by using one of the kiosks throughout the building. This will provide you a name tag for your child and a matching security code for our secure pick-up process. If this is your first visit to PLBC, you may want to plan for a few extra minutes to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Feel free to ask us if you would like your children to take part in any of our children's classes, and one of our staff will gladly assist you.
JOIN US THIS SUNDAY!
Our greeters will be glad to help with any needs you may have once you arrive. But if you have a few questions you'd like to ask before visiting, please reach out to a staff member by emailing office@plbc.org or by calling 763-473-3552.

Worship Music at PLBC
We believe our worship is an extension of a genuine, personal relationship with Jesus Christ that seeks to exalt God's worthiness and character. We desire that our music above all else be God-focused, biblically accurate, and doctrinally rich.
